Ideal for continuous bag closing on automated packaging lines, this high-speed bag sewing head offers a stable feeding method that keeps the bag firmly guided between the wheels until the stitching is completed. The seam stays secure throughout the process, and the bag does not slip away while the machine is running. With a 10.2 mm stitch length and a top speed of 2000 rpm, it is commonly used for large-volume products such as fertilizer and animal feed. The sewing head can also be combined with automatic weighing machines, conveyors and other equipment to form a fully automated packaging line.
